Fried Eggs with Avocado, Salsa, Avocado Sauce, and Cheese
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup salsa (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your choice)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional spices: paprika, cumin, chili powder
Optional garnish: chopped cilantro, sliced green onions
Instructions:
1. Avocado Side:
Cut the remaining avocado into slices or cubes.
Arrange them on a plate and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Prepare the Salsa:
If using homemade salsa, prepare it according to your favorite recipe. Otherwise, simply use store-bought salsa.
4. Fry the Eggs:
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
Crack the eggs into the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd them.
Sprinkle the eggs with salt, pepper, and any optional spices you desire.
Cook the eggs until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking. For sunny-side-up eggs, this typically takes 2-3 minutes.
5. Assemble:
Place the fried eggs on a serving plate.
Spoon some salsa onto the plate next to the eggs.
Drizzle the avocado sauce over the eggs.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the eggs and salsa.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced green onions if desired.
6. Serve:
Serve the fried eggs with the side of avocado, salsa, avocado sauce, and cheese immediately while hot.
