Fried Eggs with Avocado, Salsa, Avocado Sauce, and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 ripe avocados

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 cup salsa (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your choice)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional spices: paprika, cumin, chili powder

  • Optional garnish: chopped cilantro, sliced green onions

Instructions:

1. Avocado Side:

  • Cut the remaining avocado into slices or cubes.

  • Arrange them on a plate and drizzle with olive oil.

  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Prepare the Salsa:

  • If using homemade salsa, prepare it according to your favorite recipe. Otherwise, simply use store-bought salsa.

4. Fry the Eggs:

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil.

  • Crack the eggs into the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd them.

  • Sprinkle the eggs with salt, pepper, and any optional spices you desire.

  • Cook the eggs until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking. For sunny-side-up eggs, this typically takes 2-3 minutes.

5. Assemble:

  • Place the fried eggs on a serving plate.

  • Spoon some salsa onto the plate next to the eggs.

  • Drizzle the avocado sauce over the eggs.

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the eggs and salsa.

  • Garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced green onions if desired.

6. Serve:

  • Serve the fried eggs with the side of avocado, salsa, avocado sauce, and cheese immediately while hot.
